Private Instruction

65.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. All equipment and mterils will be included. Work will be completed on available sanded plywood panels unless specific arrangements are made for students to bring their own panels. Any larger works will need to  have additional fees to compensate for material usage. For photo encaustic there is a minimum of 8 hours

NWE Cancellation & Refund Policy

Withdrawals and refunds – If Northwest encaustic cancels a class students will receive a full refund. Students who withdraw two weeks or more prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 drop fee and a $10.00 processing fee. Students who withdraw fewer than two weeks prior to a class will not receive a refund.

Missed Classes – There are no discounts or refunds for missed classes.

Drop Fee – A $15.00 fee is applied to each class that is dropped after registration. This fee does not apply to students who add a class within the same quarter.

Class Cancellation – All classes not meeting the minimum enrollment one week prior to the start date may be cancelled. Northwest Encaustic will contact students in affected class and offer refunds or placement in an additional class.
